It's still vacation time in the states for Janet, but Jeff has gone into the office the past 3 mornings. Due to the condition of 'things' at work, Jeff foresees working very long hours when he returns to work on Monday. Because of that he has changed my reservation and I will be leaving Houston on the 16th instead of the 4th. The ladies in my life are happy about that, which makes me happy. But as son-in-law Steven pointed out, how am I going to plan there 2 weeks in October from here?
I don't see a problem with that!!

The Janet and Jeff show has arrived in Edina, Minnesota. Jeff has 2 trips to the driving range and 18 holes under his belt so far. He's 1 happy guy. Daughter Liz joined the party today. We'll be kept busy visiting family and talking!!

We're back in the good old HOT USA. We arrived late friday in Houston, and thursday we'll head to Minneapolis, where the weather is hopefully a bit cooler. Jeff has plans to golf and golf and golf. he hasn't hit a ball for 9 months, and is really looking forward to spending time on the course. We are presently staying with Tricia and Steven, the latter having arrived from Singapore on friday, also. The dogs and Tricia have lots of company now. We'll be up north for a week then back to Houston.
