We're becoming homeless

As of next Friday May 4, we will be officially homeless. The house sale will close and we need to move in with Tricia and Steven. I would guess that we'll spend a few nights in Hotels, just to maintain all of our sanity. All of our stuff will go into either long term or temporary storage on Thursday. We can't rent an apartment in Milan or anything else related to the move until the Italian Government issues my Work Permit. The official planning date is now June 1 as my In-Country Start date. Oh, well, I needed to practice my patience anyway, at least that's what Janet says.

We got an exception to continue with the house sale!!! Now I have my work cut out for me. Pack for temporary living , 1 month in Houston, and whatever in Milan, what gets stored and what gets shipped. Should be interesting...

I'm back in Houston and trying to get in the habit for future updates. Steven leaves for Singapore Monday, and was busy yesterday hanging ceiling fans and painting their bedroom. Jeff comes in today.
